Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) was the project advisor for the Zielin gas plant expansion performed by TDE. Project scope included:
- Review of construction drawings, fabrication inspection, rating of existing plant and designed expansion, identification of plant “bottlenecks”, equipment sourcing, and operations issues/concerns
- Design (design basis memorandum and process flow diagrams) of facilities between BMC and Debno facilities (pipeline headers, mixing station, inlet filter/separator)
